Matt’s July

Matthew has had a great month of racing thus far, with results as follows;

Tour de Plett 50km MTB
2nd overall
92 Participants

Knysna Feestival 50km MTB
6th overall
810 participants

And then the event Matt has tried to be competitive in, and follow in Michell’s footsteps, the Knysna offroad XTERRA.    In Knysna each year, they hold the only du-athlon (run-bike-run) version of Xterra, and Matt was eligible (of age) to contest the “Lite” option, being a 3km trail run, 12km MTB, and then another 3km run.

Matt placed 2nd overall, out of 216 participants.  A memorable achievement for him.
